Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is the representative of the production factory of the printing team in Jeju-si D, and Defendant B is the F Village resident who is Defendant A and the branch resident.

Defendant

A tried to change the type of the business of the LAE to the waste disposal facility business, but it was intended to obtain the consent of residents by receiving improper notification and request for supplementation of civil petition documents from the Jeju Viewing Environment Department (the impact of surrounding areas and the gathering of opinions from local residents).

However, it is difficult to obtain the consent of residents due to the concern that the waste disposal site has problems such as environmental pollution in the village, and thus, the "resident consent form" was written in the "resident consent form" and the name of the village residents and their signature were forged.

Defendant

On December 2, 2013, 2013, Defendant A entered “Name: G” and “ Address: Jeju H” in the office of the Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. in the Seocho-si, Jeju-si, and signed G on the next name.

As a result, Defendant A forged a written consent of the resident who is a private document related to a certificate of fact without authority for the purpose of exercising.

B. On December 2013, 2013, Defendant A found Defendant B, who was living in Jeju War I, and asked Defendant B to explain the necessity of the above written consent and to prepare a written consent form in the form of residents’ consent. Defendant B, without the consent of the victimJ, stated “Name: J” and “SK at Jeju” in the front of Defendant A and signed by J in the name above.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to forge a written consent of the residents who are private documents related to the fact-finding without authority for the purpose of exercising the authority.

2. The Defendant A’s exercise of the aforementioned investigation document is in the Jeju Viewing Environment Department located in 10-gil(Do Do Do ) around December 26, 2013 in the original written consent of the residents forged as set forth in paragraph (1) of the said paragraph, and a copy of the written consent of the residents forged around January 13, 2014 is in the five-lane south-do at Jeju.
