A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 22, 2013, the Defendant driven a B liquid vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.073% of the blood alcohol concentration from the section of about 1km to the male distance in the same male, from the sol industry to the male in the same male of the same male, in the case of the Hansung-si, without obtaining a driver’s license, around 01:20 on August 22, 2013.
