Punishment of the crime

On February 18, 2014, at around 00:37, the Defendant driven a Bone Star or cargo vehicle with approximately 500 meters section from the “mast Market” located in Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si to the front road of the Manam-si’s Manam-si Madro vibration “Flab Holdings” (hereinafter “Madow”) with a blood alcohol content of 0.082%.
