Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2013, at around 00:39, the Defendant driven a BM7 car under the influence of alcohol content 0.139%, from the franchising in the franc region in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si to the 4758 Sinnam-si, the 500m water vibration from the franchising road in Sungnam-si to the GM7 car.
