If a fine is not paid, 50,000 won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 15, 2012, at around 23:43, the Defendant driven a B car at approximately 200 meters from the vicinity of the Seongbuk-gu Seongbuk-gu Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-si to the street in front of the Sungnam-si Damburgic Dok-gu, Sungnam-si, the Defendant driven the B car at around 00 meters.
