Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Embezzlements of deserted articles in possession;
A. On November 7, 2016, around 22:30 on November 7, 2016, the Defendant acquired a new bank physical card that was lost by the victim B in front of the department store located in the center of Busan-gu, Busan-gu. 694.
Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired card to the victim and embezzled the card as he had on his own mind.
B. On December 27, 2016, the Defendant acquired one copy of a membership card with a victim C, which was lost in the vicinity of the opening space in the written subway station located in Busan-dong, Busan-dong on December 27, 2016.
Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired card to the victim and embezzled the card as he had on his own mind.

On January 27, 2017, the Defendant acquired a copy of the KB National Bank Cream Card, which was lost by the victim D in front of the department store, from around 772 as the Busan Jin-gu, Busan around 22:00.
Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired card to the victim and embezzled the card as he had on his own mind.

On February 5, 2017, the Defendant acquired a copy of the KB national card lost by the victim E in front of the G restaurant located in Busan Jung-gu, Busan, on February 5, 2017.

2. On February 4, 2017, around 19:00, the Defendant opened a 6th floor of the I University J building located in Busan H, which was not corrected by the Victim K, and discovered a copy of the student certificate owned by the victim and stolen it.
3. Violation of Acts of financial business specializing in credit, and fraud;
A. On November 7, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime of using B’s card, the Busan Sho-gu around 23:14.
