1. The Defendant stated in the “total Amount 1” column in attached Form 1 to the Plaintiffs, and as to the money, April 9, 2014.

In fact, the defendant is a company established for the manufacture, marketing, and sale of motor vehicle and industrial pen and related parts, and other motor vehicle parts. The plaintiffs are workers belonging to the defendant or former workers belonging to the defendant.

Wages paid to the defendant's workers under the provision related to the payment of the defendant's remuneration and various allowances are determined by the defendant's salary rules (No. 2, No. 8), and the payment of various allowances (No. 9).

Article 9 (Accounting Method)

1. Where it is necessary to pay a daily amount in consideration of the nature of benefits, the daily amount shall be calculated by 1/30 of the monthly amount, regardless of the substitute monthly amount;

2. The calculation unit of benefits shall be cut off if it is less than the original amount.

Article 10 (Calculation Period) The calculation of benefits shall be from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.

Article 13 (Benefits in Case of Change of Status) When the person to receive the benefit is changed in his status or class, the calculation shall be made as follows:
