1.The judgment of the first instance, including a claim extended and reduced in the trial, shall be modified as follows:

The defendant.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The status of the parties was established pursuant to the Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Seoul Metro, and the purpose of which is the construction, operation, etc. of subway 1 through 4 lines in Seoul Special Metropolitan City is the public corporation. On May 31, 2017, the Seoul Metropolitan City Urban Railroad Corporation established the Defendant, a litigation receiver, in consequence of the merger with the Seoul Metropolitan City Urban Railroad Corporation.
