1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the "total" column in the attached Table 2.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a public corporation established pursuant to the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Seoul Metropolitan Government Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of the Seoul Metro, and whose business purpose is the construction and operation of subway 1 through 4 lines. 2) The Plaintiffs worked as the Defendant’s employees and retired on December 31, 201 on the ground of their retirement age.

B. Of the Defendant’s remuneration regulations, including the Defendant’s remuneration regulations, the enforcement of the remuneration regulations, and the welfare regulations, the contents related to the instant case are as follows:

1. The term “repair” means the sum of the basic wages, various allowances, and meal service subsidies;

5. “Allowance” means any kind of allowances as referred to in Article 13 of this Regulation;

Article 6 (Remuneration in Case of Change of Status) The calculation of remuneration in the case of change of status shall be as follows:

1. The remuneration of new employees shall be calculated on the date of their attendance;

2. In cases of promotion, elevation of a salary, temporary retirement, cancellation of position, suspension from office, reduction of salary, reinstatement, etc., the remuneration for the month of the order shall be calculated from the date of issuance;

3. In case of retirement or death, the full monthly remuneration shall be paid; and

Provided, That the employee who has been issued a retirement on the daily basis shall be excluded, and the employee who has been discharged from his/her office for less than six months and disciplinary action shall be calculated by the date of issuance.

Article 7 (Remuneration for Temporary Retirement) The remuneration for an employee during the period of temporary retirement shall be paid in accordance with the following subparagraphs:

1. In cases of occupational diseases or injuries, normal wages, including temporary layoff benefits paid under the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act;
