Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Despite the submission to the autonomous police branch office of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter referred to as the “autonomous police branch”) or the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province (hereinafter referred to as the “Autonomous Police branch”), the Defendant acquired one copy of the victim E’s resident registration certificate in front of the victim E in front of the D church located in the Southern-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Self-Governing Province) on January 2014 and held it without reporting.

Accordingly, the Defendant acquired one copy of the victim E’s resident registration certificate in the victim’s name, and embezzled it.

B. Around March 6, 2015, the Defendant stated that “E”, “H”, “H”, “Y3 Dong-dong 103, P******”, “E”, “E” in the bottom of the application form, “E” in the applicant column, “E”, “E”, “E” in the applicant column, and “E”, “E” in each applicant column, each written consent to use personal information and program subscription form, and each applicant column. The Defendant signed the name next to the name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations, the Defendant provided each of the application for subscription to the ELS Plux under the name of E, the consent to use personal information, and the application for subscription to the program.

The Defendant submitted the application for membership, personal information utilization agreement, and program subscription agreement, which were forged, at the same time and place as above, to the employees in the name of the above sales store and exercised each of them, as if they were the document duly formed.
