A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 19, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution due to the crime of forging a private signature at the Incheon District Court on May 19, 201, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 27, 2016.

1. On July 2012, the Defendant: (a) in the Defendant’s residence located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si; (b) obtained the resident registration certificate of the said victim’s name, the Defendant, who was living together, was lost by the said victim D, who was the owner of the said victim’s middle school; and (c) returned it to the said victim D; and (d) did not take necessary procedures.

Accordingly, the Defendant embezzled the property that was separated from the possession of the above victim.

2. On January 15, 2013, the Defendant, at around 16:28, driven the KS5 vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on January 15, 2013, proceeded with a section of approximately 35 km from the front of the Skan Gas charging Station in the 1493 Skan City, Ansan-si to the front road in the Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul.

3. Acquisition of stolen property;

A. At around 21:00 on January 9, 2013, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing 90,000 won, even though he/she was aware of the fact that the gallon 1 cost of a gallon is a stolen, from a male with the name of 20 middle and rear half of the new village located in Mapo-gu Seoul, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

B. At around 19:00 on January 10, 2013, the Defendant purchased 130,000 won, even though he/she was aware of the fact that 20 smartphones (observer interview, gallon 2) he/she possessed from a male in the second half and the second half of the world located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

C. At around 21:00 on January 10, 2013, the Defendant acquired stolens by purchasing KRW 90,00,00, even though he/she was aware of the fact that the price for the 20th and the 1st half of the mid-to long-term smartphone 1 was a stolen property from the male in Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City.

The defendant around 21:00 on January 11, 201, from the male in the name of 30 first half in the vicinity of the red belt located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
