"2013 Highly 1029"

1. On July 20, 2012, around 20:00, the Defendant purchased 150,000 won and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of fact that it is an open phone, while purchasing one unit of gallon judo 2 HDE smartphone, which was registered as lost to the victim by a gallon, from the street at the entrance and exit of the Gigu, Busan Metropolitan City, the Gicheon-gu, Busan, with knowledge of fact that it is a stolen phone.

2. On August 2012, 2012, the Defendant purchased 220,000 won and acquired stolen goods even though he/she knew that he/she was using a gallonphone, in purchasing one set of gallon road, which he/she received from Defendant C at the street at the entrance of the alternate subway station located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan.

"2013, 2061"

1. On July 18, 2012, the Defendant purchased 200,000 won and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that the 4-phone 1, which D stolen, was a stolen object in the telephones located in the Si/Gun/Gu, Busan, Suwon, and the Defendant purchased 20,000 won.

2. At around 18:00 as of July 2012, the Defendant purchased 80,000 won and acquired stolen goods with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen part of Samsung Plus Smartphone, which was owned by the Defendant and owned by the Defendant, from the name defecter, who was named “E”, in the flood station located in the Dongdong-gu, Busan.

3. On August 8, 2012, the Defendant purchased 130,000 won and acquired stolen goods, even though he/she knew that the Plaintiff was a stolen goods, at the front of the department store located in Busan-dong, Busan-gu, Busan-do, and that he/she purchased 130,000 won in front of the department store.

On August 21, 2012, the Defendant purchased 80,000 won and acquired stolen goods even though he/she knew that scarbe, a stolen victim H, owned by scarbe, was a stolen stolen goods in front of the Young University Station, the Busan High School, the subway Station, which was located in the Busan High Shipping Daegu.

5. On August 22, 2012, the Defendant: (a) in front of the Young University, subway Station located in the Busan High School, the Busan High School, the subway Station; and (b) in front of the Busan High School, the Defendant knowingly knows that one of the Defendant’s Samsung GG smartphones owned by the Victim J, embezzled, is a stolen, KRW 160,000.
