Defendant shall be sentenced to four months of imprisonment, and the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the defendant has been divorced before about 10 years since the victim B (n, 47 years of age) and about 10 years, the defendant continued to visit even after the divorce.

1. Intimidation;

A. On June 17, 2016, at the home of the above victim C and 1 Dong 413, the Defendant threatened the victim with the victim by saying, “I will make I wish to let I am in her eye, I am in her eye, I am in her eye, I am in her eye, I am alone, and I am in her mind, and I am in her way before I am in her work place, I am in her mother, and I am in her mother before I am in her mother.”

On June 18, 2016, from around 09:00 to around 10:00, the Defendant: (a) found the said victim’s beauty room in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju; (b) took advantage of the beauty room in the cosmetic room; (c) prevented the victim from entering the cosmetic; and (d) putting the victim into the cosmetic room, i.e., “c., f., f., f., f., f., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g., g.,

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the cosmetic operation of the victim by force.
