1. Crimes against victims C;

A. On May 13, 2016, the injured Defendant: (a) purchased goods from the “E” convenience store located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-gu, Gyeonggi-do; (b) made private inquiries to the injured Party C (hereinafter “E”); (c) did not properly respond to the case; (d) made a b) cryp; and (e) caused injury to the injured Party, by drinking 20 times the telegraph of the injured Party; and (e) b) caused the victim’s flap, flap, tension, etc. in need of approximately 2 weeks of treatment.

B. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1(a), obstructed the victim’s duty of operating convenience stores for about 30 minutes by force by preventing customers from entering the convenience store by means of assaulting the victim, displaying their letters, and taking a bath.

2. The Defendant who violated the Emergency Medical Service Act with respect to G is sobreathly under the influence of alcohol on the ground that G did not leave water within the “I hospital” emergency room located in Gyeonggi-si H from May 13, 2016 to 04:00.
