A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1.(a)

On March 22, 2013, around 23:31, 2013, the Defendant entered the said summary via the part where the iron fences are studio-gu Gwangju Northern-gu, and intruded into another’s residence by the same method twice as indicated in [Attachment 1 and 2] around July 18, 2013, and around July 18, 2013.

B. On March 22, 2013, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 23:31.

The victim E (the age of 35) taken a video image using the cell phone camera at the location indicated in the port of call 101 using the cell phone camera at the location indicated in the paragraph, and taken the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame by photographing the body of the said victim over two times at around that time and around July 18, 2013, such as the table Nos. 1 and 2 of the crime sight table Nos. 1 and 2.

2.(a)

On April 8, 2013, at around 21:22, the Defendant: (a) went beyond the iron fence after the studio in Gwangju North-gu, and intruded on another’s residence; (b) and (c) went from around that time to June 24, 2013, the Defendant invadedd another’s residence by the same method six times, as indicated in [Attachment Table 3 to 8].

B. On April 8, 2013, the Defendant was above the Defendant around 21:22.

The victim G (the 33 years old), using the cell phone camera at the location described in paragraph (105) through the cell phone camera at the location described in paragraph (105, taken video images, and taken six times from around that time to June 24, 2013, the body of another person, who may cause sexual humiliation or shame, by photographing the body of the said victim in the same way as described in the No. 3 through No. 8 of the List of Crimes, was taken against his will.

3. On January 9, 2013, at around 22:13, the Defendant prepared for taking care of the victim I (n, 37 years of age) using a cell phone camera through the heated window set forth in 102, which was set up above the H room next to the Y room-gu Seoul, North-gu, Gwangju.
