A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, Use and photographing);

A. On July 1, 2013, at around 08:00, the Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s name-free women at the bus stops of the Daejeon Pungdong University, Daejeon-gu University, 99, and (b) taken the victim’s cell camera on the victim’s body against his will by photographing the panty panty panty in the lower part of the victim’s body, which might cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by using the camera; and (c) posted the photographs taken at the victim’s own residence of Daejeon Pungdong C, 204, around August 1, 2014 and around the 14th of the same month on the Internet “D” website, respectively.

B. On July 14, 2013, around 14:00, the Defendant reported that at a bus terminal of 1229 Cheongdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, 2013, women under the victim’s name were suffering a short hump, and taken the victim’s cell phone camera against the victim’s will by photographing the victim’s own cell phone camera, which could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame by using the camera, and displayed the pictures taken as above on the Internet “D” website around August 14, 2014.

C. On July 22, 2013, the Defendant, at around 10:00, posted a photograph taken at his own residence on the Internet “D” website, and displayed on August 22, 2014, a photograph taken by the Defendant on the victim’s cell phone camera on the victim’s body, taking a panty panty panty panty in the lower part of the victim’s panty, and displayed on the victim’s own residence such photograph on the victim’s website.

2. The Defendant violated the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc. (hereinafter “Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection Act”) on June 8, 2014.
