A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

[2017 Highest 3519] On October 7, 2017, the Defendant intruded into the 1st floor gate in the Changwon-si Seoul building and the second floor victim D’s residence on October 7, 2017, resulting in a theft of one set of 70,000 won in the market price, which was initially opened in the front of the entrance.
