A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Seized evidence 1, 2, 3, 5, and 6 shall be confiscated from the accused.

. Finding.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim and embezzled the property that he/she had on his/her own mind and has left the possession of the victim.

2. Intrusion upon residence and theft;

A. On July 7, 2016, at around 19:00, the Defendant invaded the victim F’s residence in the window E of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, with the opening door, and then stolen a total of KRW 100,000 in the market price of PUMA women’s panty market in the front line owned by the victim, who had been on the top of the opening string string 2,00,000, and then stolen it from the above day to November 2016, the Defendant cut off the name, non-resident’s 68 panty, brogate 2, and 10,000 each time, which had been opened in the first string of the house H of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Sungwon-si, and the victim’s panty women’s panty owned by women.

3. A thief: (a) on December 18, 2016, the Defendant: (b) opened a door of freezing or freezing food owned by the victim M, which was installed outside of the frequency of K1 L L at Chang-si, Changwon-si; (c) cut off the victim’s 89,376 won of the market price of the frozen swine machine owned by the victim, which was kept in custody, and stolen the thief; and (d) during four times from the above date to March 7, 2017, the Defendant cut off all of the 269,376 won of the market price of the frozen swine machine, including the list of crimes in the attached Form.
