Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2016, the Defendant, “2016 High 1923, the Defendant: (a) was operating a motor vehicle in front of the Geum-gu Hospital, Busan, Sin-gu, Busan, with no driver’s license on January 25, 2016, on the ground of a traffic signal violation by a police officer; and (b) was operating a motor vehicle in front of the Hospital, Sin-gu, Busan, the Defendant was in peace.

As the E resident registration number is one's own resident registration number, the above police officer illegally used another's resident registration number.

Around 14:50 on January 25, 2016, the Defendant driven a car in the 20km-gu, Busan National University Hospital from the Do in front of the Busan National University Hospital to the front of the C Hospital located in the Geum-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, the Do in the 20km-gu, Busan National University Hospital.
