Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Drinking) (Drinking 2017 high 170) (the Defendant is a person driving a passenger car with B low-speed car.

On March 30, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle at a distance of approximately 1 knife to the girical terminal front of the instant high-speed electric power plant located in the Culyang-gun, 0.182 percent alcohol level among the blood transfusion around 21:14.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Guarantee of Compensation for Automobile Damages (2017 high 171), the Defendant is a person driving a passenger car with B low-priced car.

A. On August 1, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle in the section of approximately 7 km from the 358th of the Yacheon-si, Yacheon-si, Gacheon-si, Gacheon-si, Gacheon-si, Gacheon-si, Gacheon-si, Gacheon-si, Gacheon-si, to the front of the 7km road without obtaining the driver’s license issued by the Commissioner of the Local Police Agency on August 1, 2016.

B. The defendant is the owner of the above low-priced passenger car.

No one shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated a motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance by operating the motor vehicle at the same time and place as the above paragraph (a).
