1. On November 2014, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) the Defendant purchased a three million won car in the name of the Defendant from B at a non-place located in the valleydong in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and received a transfer of the car from B, but did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer within fifteen (15) days, without justifiable grounds.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act is a holder of a passenger car with the above C low-priced car.

On April 19, 2016, around 05:29, the Defendant operated the instant low-speed car that was not covered by mandatory insurance in front of the middle-distance street of 59-1, 389, Gyeongcheon-ro, Gyeongcheon-ro, Gyeongcheon-gu, Seoul, around 2016.

The defendant of "2016 High 1223" is a holder of a passenger car with C highest typ.

No one shall operate any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance on a road.

Nevertheless, on April 13, 2016, the Defendant operated the said C low-speed car, which was not mandatory insurance in front of the Silver middle school located in 23 52 Doo-ro 52 Doo-ro, a large scale of Silung-si around April 13, 2016.
