Punishment of the crime

Around November 203, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license, driven a B-A-D motor vehicle from the 1km section of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern-dong mine to the Samyang-ro 469, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license, from November 20, 2016.

No person of "2017 High 516" shall wear, use or carry any similar police equipment.

Nevertheless, at around 03:40 on November 11, 2016, the Defendant carried 1, in a way that the 3 boxes of the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, located in Hancheon-ro, 150-ro 76, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, carrying similar equipment armored by himself/herself in the guard box that he/she attends.
