A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 3720"
1. On April 20, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s convenience store operation by force over about 30 minutes, by preventing customers who intend to enter the above convenience store from entering the said convenience store, such as under the influence of alcohol, putting an empty baby on the bottom of the floor and putting it up, putting them up, and putting them up, under the influence of alcohol, or preventing customers from using sod.
2. On April 25, 2015, at around 18:30, the Defendant: (a) cafeteria operated by the Victim H in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) junating customers who had been drunked, boomed with a large amount of money, and breaddding the victim’s cream with a large sound that “the cucker, young knife, knife, knife, and knife, knife,” thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by force over about 30 minutes, such as avoiding disturbance.
4. On May 2015, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business operation in the “L” restaurant operated by the victim K in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, for approximately 30 minutes, such as a person who ordered the water and demanded payment from the victim after drinking, a person who is in a large sound, and a person who desires to walk the consignee to walk.
5. On May 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 03:30, the victim N in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, took a bath to the customers who were locked within a sobrying season; and (b) obstructed the victim’s privacy or business affairs by force over about 20 minutes, such as making sobry sobing so that they could have drying, and avoiding disturbance.
