A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. On July 7, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of July 7, 2018, around 00:15, obstructed the victim’s singing practice business by force of approximately 30 minutes, such as bringing the victim’s desire to take care of the victim and raising him/her, on the ground that the victim’s Da (n, women, age 47) located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, did not take the victim’s desire under the influence of alcohol.
2. On July 28, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime at around 10:20 on July 28, 2018, at the “G mobile phone retail store” where the victim F (n, 26 years of age) working in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s mobile phone sales business by force of approximately 30 minutes, including assaulting the employees of the said sales store.
3. The Defendant committed on September 23, 2018, at around 12:00 on September 23, 2018, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force of about 30 minutes, such as: (a) around September 12, 2018, the victim I (the 38-year-old) working in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) under the influence of alcohol to drink and drink food; and (c) the reason that the cream coats was set up in the food, and (d) said chills were boomed to other customers under the influence of alcohol; and (d) said, (e) said, (e) said

On October 21, 2018, the Defendant committed the crime of October 21, 2018, at around 12:05, obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force of approximately 30 minutes and obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by socing the disturbance, by under the influence of alcohol, in the “M where the victim L (n, 49 years of age) works in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.”
5. The Defendant committed the crime of December 23, 2018: (a) around 15:40 on December 23, 2018, “P” operated by the victim O (the age of 32) located in Seo-gu Incheon N, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) under the influence of alcohol, expressed a desire to connect the case to the court; and (c) calls with a large amount of telephone call.
