A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

"2015, 420"

1. On April 21, 2015, from around 19:10 to 19:35 of the same day, the Defendant interfered with the worship, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the worship of the victim D, who was towing the worship at the above church; and (b) obstructed the worship of the instant victim D, who was towing the worship; (c) “I mar’s mar, I mar, I am in the church, I am with micros, and sound to the believers.”

2. Interference with business;

A. At around 21:00 on March 2015, the Defendant interfered with the business related to the sale of goods by force by force, such as: (a) in the “Gma” located in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, operated by the Victim E; (b) taking the bath among customers; and (c) avoiding disturbance over about 10 minutes.

B. around April 21, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s business related to the sale of food materials by force, such as avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes among customers while taking a bath around the entrance of the “J” in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, which is operated by the victim H, and avoiding disturbance for about 20 minutes.

C. At around 17:00 on April 21, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s clothes sales-related business by force, such as: (a) within “M” located in the Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, operated by the Victim KK; and (b) avoiding disturbance for about 30 minutes while taking a bath.

At around 00:00 on April 23, 2015, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s business related to the sale of alcoholic beverages by force, such as avoiding disturbance for about 10 minutes while taking a large bath in the Seo-gu Incheon L, and avoiding disturbance for about 0 minutes.

3. Around 13:00 on April 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) requested, from the Seo-gu Incheon Western P P to open a door in which R, S, etc. had a conversationd under the presence of the victim D, who is a pastor; (b) provided, “I am dead, S, etc., by opening the door door of this chill; and (c) destroyed the parts of the chemical located adjacent to the entrance of the church, thereby impairing the utility of KRW 150,00 in total of the entrance door owned by the said victim D and the market value of the glass.”
