A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At around 18:00 on November 6, 2013, the Defendant, at the 'C Company' office of the Defendant’s operation in Masung-gun, Gosung-gun, the Defendant: (a) attempted to forge and present his marriage certificate to D for the purpose of obtaining the consent of marriage by stating that he does not have a career of marriage to D; (b) used two copies of the marriage relation certificate in the name of the head of Sung-dong, followed each of the parts in which the Defendant’s personal information is recorded and the column of the marriage matters are recorded; and (c) forged with a blade copy so that it can be seen as one of the following documents, which was parked in the front of the FSF golf in Manam-gun, which was parked in the front of the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the FSF golf in Manam-si, and presented it as if he was actually issued to D without knowledge of the fact.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the defendant has forged and exercised one copy of the marriage relation certificate as to the defendant in the name of the head of the Seongbuk-Eup, which is an official document.
