A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 1, 2003, the Defendant: (a) married with B on or around August 5, 2004, but divorced on or around August 5, 2004; (b) was willing to forge the Defendant’s marriage certificate in order to conceal the fact and obtain the consent of marriage to the parents of C; (c) sent e-mail to the e-mail (D) address of the unclaimed person who became aware of through the Internet website search on July 2010; and (d) was willing to forge the Defendant’s marriage certificate along with the unclaimed person’s name.

On July 19, 2010, the Defendant issued a marriage certificate of the Defendant at the main business office located in Yongsan-gu, Ilyang-gu, Ilyang-si, the Hanyang-si, 109 (Weldong), taken it into a mobile phone and sent it to the e-mail of the needy person. The nameless person refers to the above marriage relation certificate transmitted, and refers to the above marriage relation certificate, and stated that “No matters to be recorded are recorded” in the column of the form of the marriage certificate against the Defendant in the form of the marriage certificate against the Defendant. On July 24, 2010, the Defendant was issued KRW 300,000 from the Defendant on the basis of Kwikset Service, who was affixed a seal on the name side of the “the head of Ilyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do. E”

As a result, the defendant, in collusion with the name in the name of the injured party, forged a marriage certificate against the defendant under the name of the head of the Seocho-gu Office.

2. On July 24, 2010, the Defendant: (a) issued, through C, a false official document-based marriage certificate to G, which is a forged official document, to the mother of C, who is aware of the forgery, at the house of C, 802 Dong 1101, Goyang-si, Goyang-si; and (b) exercised, as if he were duly issued the forged official document-based marriage certificate to G.
