Punishment of the crime

1. The alteration of the official document was made between the two parties in a relationship with B, while preparing for marriage, the name of the Defendant’s father was C; the Defendant’s mother was re-born after the divorce in the past; however, the Defendant’s mother was in mind to modify the marriage relation certificate with the Defendant’s mother to prove the authenticity of the document. However, the Defendant’s mother was found to have attempted to verify the authenticity of the document, and there was a defect that the above false language was written off.

On October 11, 2018, the Defendant made the PC in which the name near the residence of the Defendant’s parent located in the territory of the Cheongju-si, Chungcheongnam-gu, U.S., at around 20:00, the Defendant used the PC program, and made the PC program, using which the Defendant’s name near the residence of the Defendant’s parent is unknown, [the date of marriage, [the date of marriage report] C, divorce, [the date of marriage report] C, 13 March 1986], / [the date of report] C, marriage, and / [the date of report] / [the spouse] C, E [the spouse], F, and / [the resident registration number of his spouse]], and then printed out the list, which was attached to the lower part of the marriage relation certificate by the Defendant’s mother who printed out the Internet, and copied the marriage relation certificate using the reproduction machine at the bottom of the marriage relation.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the defendant altered one copy of the marriage relation certificate in the I name of the Central Control Office of Computer Information, which is an official document.

2. On October 7, 2018, the Defendant presented to B, at the entrance of the Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, J apartment, that the Defendant had a relationship with the Defendant, as stated in paragraph 1, a true issuance of a marriage certificate, which is an altered official document, as stated in paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the altered official document.
