A. The Plaintiff operated a personal broadcasting station in the name of “K”, which is an Internet personal broadcasting service operated by J, from February 2007 to “L,” “L,” and “B” N, respectively.

B. The life broadcasts that the Plaintiff proceeds from “M” are broadcasted from 11:0 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays, from 2:0 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, and re-broadcasting is aired during the remaining hours.
