1. The Defendants each KRW 100,000 to the Plaintiff, respectively, and Defendant B with respect thereto from February 9, 2017; and Defendant D with respect to February 10, 2017.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Plaintiff operated the Internet Personal Broadcasting Station under the name of “J”, which is operated by the Plaintiff Company I, from February 2007 to “K,” “K,” “B” and “M,” respectively.
B. The life broadcasts that the Plaintiff proceeds from “L” are broadcasted from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays, from 2:0 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, and re-broadcasting is aired during the remaining hours.
The number of viewers is 3,00-4,000 in the case of a protogram, and 1,000 in the case of a protogram, and 300-60 in the case of a protogram, and 3,00-60 in the case of a re-broadcasting, the address, telephone number, e-mail, etc. of the Plaintiff are disclosed on the page of “L”.
C. The Defendants, after having access to the J as follows, posted the following articles on the L’s hosting bank:
