Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant, who has been employed as an administrative soldier in the position of the head of the 1st fleet B of the Navy in the Navy, was a person who works as an administrative soldier in the office of the Navy, and the head of the department may apply for leave without obtaining permission from the head of the Gun who is the head of the department, if the approval of the head of the office is established automatically when applying for leave in the national defense personnel management system, and the application for leave is rapidly increased in the staff staff room that created the certificate of leave, so it cannot be verified daily because the application for leave has increased, and the person is issued the certificate of leave by being issued by the staff staff staff member in the office of the personnel participation, and after being issued the certificate of leave, the cancellation of leave by the national defense personnel management system, the certificate of leave without obtaining permission was written off by using the blind points in the system deleted from the details and list of leave.

Accordingly, the defendant is a public official of F, a person who has the right to approve the creation of leave numbers and the issuance of leave certificates in the first T and the first B B of the 1st century as a human rights person who was on the leave leave of soldiers belonging to the fleet B of the Navy by a deceptive scheme.
