A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From May 8, 2014 to 22:00 on May 8, 2014, the Seoul Metropolitan Government Office building located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Co., Ltd. from around 19:00 to 22:00 on May 8, 2014, the Seoul Metropolitan Government Joint Meeting (hereinafter referred to as “Joint Meeting”) held and completed this meeting as a society of D, a C Party List, with at least 400 participation, such as C Party members, the National Disabled Persons Elimination and Co., Ltd., and at the front of the Seoul Metropolitan Government Office building located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Co., Ltd. from around 19:0 to 800 on the same day, and started to proceed without filing a prior report.
At around 22:30 of the same day with 350 participants in the above assembly, the Defendant attempted to take a pedagogy in front of the hostile building in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, in front of the hostile Building, and the police forced the participants of the assembly to take a pedagogy without reporting.
