Defendants are members of the Korean Association of Deaf-Do Association.
On July 23, 2014, the National Association of Agricultural and Rural Community reported to the chief of the Chungcheongnam-do Police Station on July 25, 2014, the assembly of the "Cule Cule Cule Cule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pul 200 members attending the meeting of the "Cule Cule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pule Pul
1. On July 25, 2014, Defendant A: (a) around 11:45, on the part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Defendant A occupied the roads where approximately 200 participants of the assembly and pedagoged, and attempted to enter the roads within the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs; (b) the police officers G belonging to the F of the Chungcheongnam-nam Provincial Police Agency and attempted to control them, Defendant A committed assault, such as assaulting a brush cited by the police officer on one occasion on the floor of hand; and (c) the brug cited by the police officer on one’s body.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order of police officers' assembly.
2. 피고인 B 피고인은 2014. 7. 25. 11:40경 위 농림축산식품부 정문 맞은편 인도에서 집회 참가자들 약 200명과 행진을 하던 중 도로를 점거하고 농림축산식품부 안으로 진입을 하려고 하여 충남지방경찰청 F 소속 경찰관 H이 이를 제지하자 철골 구조물(근조 팻말)로 위 경찰관을 밀어 붙이고, 발로 정강이 부분을 수 회 걷어차는 등 폭행하였다.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order of police officers' assembly.
3. 피고인 C 피고인은 2014. 7. 25. 11:40경 위 농림축산식품부 정문 맞은편 인도에서 집회 참가자들 약 200명과 행진을 하던 중 도로를 점거하고 농림축산식품부 안으로 진입을 하려고 하여 충남지방경찰청 F 소속 경찰관들이 이를 제지하자 철골 구조물(근조 팻말)로 위 경찰관들을 밀어 붙이고, 방패를 손으로 밀치는 등 폭행하였다.
