Punishment of the crime

The Defendant conspiredd with B, C, and D to receive the insurance money from the highest accident after intentionally paying a traffic accident.

On August 24, 2012, around 17:30 on August 24, 2012, the Defendant driven the C and D to E at the intersection near the Daejeon Seodong E-dong Incheon apartment site, and the above B, while driving a FF vehicle and following the CF vehicle, as it was recruited in advance, the Defendant stopped the vehicle, and the above B, as it was, claimed insurance money to the Marine Insurance Co.,, Ltd. of the victim interesting country on the same day, as the said traffic accident was caused by shocking the part behind the said cargo vehicle to the front part of the said cargo vehicle.

In collusion with B, C, and D as above, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 1,100,00 from the injured party on or around August 28, 2012 under the pretext of agreement with the Defendant; and (b) obtained property or property benefits equivalent to that amount by deceiving the injured party by intentionally advertising the target vehicle at least five times until December 5, 2012 from that time in collusion with the designated parties, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached list of crimes; and (c) deceiving the injured party by the method of claiming insurance proceeds, and inducing the injured party to pay the total sum of KRW 48,568,570 as the insurance proceeds, by inducing the injured party to pay the total sum of KRW 48,568,570 as the insurance proceeds.
