Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A conspired to receive insurance proceeds from the accident after causing a traffic accident with C, D, E, F and intentional intent. 2. Defendant B, who intentionally caused a traffic accident with C, I, J, and C, was willing to receive insurance proceeds by causing the accident most favorable to the accident, and the Defendant was driven by the said C around January 28, 2014.
