A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant intentionally caused a traffic accident by a person who is not in need of gambling money, while going through the Internet Bamermbling, and displayed the subject of the crime by carrying the insurance money on C k5 car-friendly job D, etc.

As above, from November 24, 2012 to February 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) conspired with D, etc. to deceiving victims; (b) demanded victims to pay a total of KRW 19,366,69 as shown in the attached crime sight table (the part of “suspect” in the list of crimes, to “beneficiary”; hereinafter the same shall apply) in the name of insurance money, etc.; and (c) had them pay KRW 19,36,69 as stated in the attached list of crimes (the same shall apply); (d) from November 24, 2012, which is the date of the said traffic accident, to June 2014, the victims paid the insurance money under the name of the victims by deceptioning the target vehicle intentionally with the victims, or by deceiving them into the victim who did not board the vehicle in the accident, as stated in the attached list 1 to 79 and 79, as stated in the attached list of crimes; and (e) had them pay the insurance money under the name of victims.

2. On September 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) drive a G car at G on September 25, 2013, while driving the car and driving the car at a one-lane of the flow distance from Daejeon PH driving, which is straight down at the left line of the two-lanes of the road, in violation of the surface instructions.
