Punishment of the crime

On December 26, 2017, at around 11:30, the Defendant damaged the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts by stating that “The Defendant was a multilateral member of the lower court,” when the victim D is proceeding on the top of the board of directors of the Dadong branch of the C Total Meeting within the Jinju-si Building, and by stating that “The Defendant was a multilateral member of the lower court.”
