When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around 19:00 on June 27, 2018, the Defendant: (a) even though the victim D was a vice head for the bus in the past year; (b) had not been working as the drinking house; and (c) had been working as a multi-party for the bus office in the city B market, the Defendant damaged the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by speaking it as “D was a car on the old day,” and “D was a car on the old day.”
