Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 30, 2017, the Defendant, at around 09:10 on May 30, 2017, driven a three-wheeled electric vehicle with approximately 800 wheeled with the output that was not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a bicycle license from around 2km section from the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, the Hawon-gun, the Hawon-gun, to the Hadsan Forest road in the vicinity of the Hadsan-dong, Jungwon-gun.

2. On June 4, 2017, the Defendant, at around 19:04 on June 4, 2017, driven a three-wheeled electric vehicle with approximately 800 tons, which was not covered by mandatory insurance without obtaining a bicycle license from around 2 km section from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, Gangwon-gun, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the Donsan Forest road located in the Donsan mountain road located in Gangwon-gun, Jungwon-gun.
