On July 22:30 on July 7, 2015, the Defendant driven C Mart car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.111% at a section of about 1km from the front of the power hospital located in 145-ro 145, Gangwon-gu, Jongwon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Jongwon-gun, to the front of the oil station located in 71-ro of the same Eup.
