Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. At around 02:30 on March 19, 201, the Defendant: (a) discovered a lock room owned by the victim C and the victim’s seat located in the seat of a vehicle parked in front of the business office of modern motor vehicles located in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) discovered a lock room on the vehicle in front of the business office of modern motor vehicles located in Seo-gu, Incheon; (c) committed theft with the intent to steal the vehicle; (d) opened a driver’s seat of the foregoing vehicle without being set up; and (e) the above bank amounting to KRW 4,000,000 in the market price; and (e) a cell phone amounting to KRW 20,000 in the market price; and (e) a cell phone amounting to KRW 600,000 in the market price.
2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;
A. At around 03:00 on March 19, 201, the Defendant received alcoholic beverages from “Fhop” operated by the victim E in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and had the Defendant, as if the Defendant was a legitimate holder, present the stolen card to the victim, thereby allowing the victim to issue sales slips totaling KRW 50,000, such as the drinking value, and then, exempted the victim from paying the above liquor value, etc., and used the stolen credit card.
B. From around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant’s “Ip” operated by the victim H in Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.
In the same way, the above new card was used to acquire a total amount of 355,000 won, such as the drinking value, and used stolen credit cards.
C. At around 06:00 on the same day, the Defendant’s “L” operated by the Victim K in Seo-gu Incheon Seo-gu, Incheon.
In the same way, using the above scam cards, modern cards, Samsung Czek cards, the sum of 345,000 won, such as the drinking value, was acquired, and stolen credit cards were used.
