A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 00:10 on May 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim C who was under the influence of alcohol in the vicinity of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) removed the victim’s cash of KRW 120,000,000 in cash owned by the victim, KRW 2,000,000, KRW 390,000,000 in the market price of the new bank owned by the victim, the representative of the victim, and KRW 1,20,000 in the market price of KRW 390,00,000,000 in the Samsung GG-si, the Samsung GG-si, the market price of which is 90,000.

Accordingly, the Defendant stolen another’s property worth KRW 1,410,000 in total.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On May 29, 2014, from around 03:13 to 04:31 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) presented the said C-owner’s new card (credit card No. H) which was stolen from “G dan Ga,” operated by the victim F, located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the victim as if he was his own card; (b) ordered a beer and a beer; and (c) ordered a beer and a beer, etc. to pay a sum of KRW 220,000,000 on two occasions; and (d) used stolen credit cards.

B. On May 29, 2014, from around 05:51 to December 11, 2011 of the same day, the Defendant presented the said C-owner’s new card and the said D-owner’s new card (credit number L) to an employee whose name is unknown in the same manner, ordered the said C-owner’s new card and the said D-owner’s new card (credit number) in the same manner, ordered the payment of a total of KRW 200,000,000,000 to four times, and used the stolen credit card.

3. On May 29, 2014, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud: (a) around 13:18, 201, at “O restaurant” operated by the Victim N located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant ordered approximately KRW 14,000, per person, and so forth; and (b) presented a new card owned by the said D, as described in the preceding paragraph.
