Punishment of the crime

1. 2. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud;
A. On August 1, 2014, at around 05:19, the Defendant settled KRW 30,00,00 for accommodation expenses from the Felel located in Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, and presented a stolen credit card to the victim G, who is the Moel owner, as described in paragraph (1).
