1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On February 9, 2015, the Defendant publicly announced a plan for the examination for appointment of local public officials C in March 9, 2015, and made a modified announcement on March 9, 2015. B. Four persons, including the Plaintiff, were applied for the instant appointment examination.

The defendant, on November 11, 2015, announced the first written examination for the appointment of this case to a successful applicant, who is not the plaintiff, thereby failing to pass the examination against the plaintiff.
