A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, who resides in the apartment B apartment B in Yangsan-si, discovered that he was in the inside of the ward E, toilet, etc., adjoining the stairs between the 7th and the 8th floor of the above D, and thought that he did not protect the victim F, the victim G, and the victim H residing in the above subparagraph E, rather than protect the victim F, the victim G, and the victim H.

On April 19, 2017, when the defendant was in the residence of the victims of the above E, the defendant concealed the door from the stairs between the 9th and 10th, and reported that the victims entered the password of the digital openings of the entrance, and opened the entrance door and taken the door up to the door, and invaded the victims' residence by taking the clothes of the victims into the door.

B. On June 22, 2018, the Defendant infringed upon the victims’ residence, such as taking the victims’ clothes out and photographing them in the same way when they came to their home in the same manner.

C. On January 16, 2018, the Defendant infringed upon the victims’ residence by entering the victim’s house in the same way and taking the victim’s clothes out of the house in the same manner. D.

On July 27, 2018, from around 08:20 on the same day to around 08:40 on the same day, the Defendant entered a safe toilet for the victims of the above E, and infringed upon the victims’ residence by the same method.

2. The Government shall not photograph the body of another person against his/her will, or shall not distribute, sell, lease, provide, or openly display or show any photographic substance in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Camer, etc.) or any other similar mechanism or device;

A. On July 17, 2017, the Defendant was in possession of stairs between the 7th and the 8th floor of the above apartment building D around July 17, 2017.
