A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Night theft;
A. On February 22, 2014, at around 22:00, the Defendant came into the residence of the victim C, located in the second floor of Gwangju Northern-gu B, and went into the said house through the open door for the purpose of theft of property, and infringed on the victim’s residence, and then stolen one head of Tong and two physical cards owned by the victim on the computer’s books.
B. 3.
