1. The Defendant in violation of the Labor Standards Act is a D representative in C1st floor located in Gyeonggi-do, who is an employer who operates an advertising agency business with ten regular workers.

The Defendant had worked from August 6, 201 to September 8, 2011 at the same place of business and retired from the said place of business, and had not paid KRW 1,273,000 in total, including KRW 793,00 in August 201 and wage of KRW 480,00 in September 201, within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement between the parties on the extension of the due date.

1. On March 9, 2012, the Defendant embezzled the lost possession on his/her own idea and embezzled it without following necessary procedures, such as breaking the victim F’s resident registration certificate owned by the victim and returning it to the victim, which was destroyed by the victim F, in the vicinity of the cremation parking lot located in Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.
