Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 6, 2013, around 02:55, the Defendant was required to present his/her identification card to verify the identity of the casino games visitors at the entrance search stand at the Gangwon-do Casino Game Games Center located in the Songbuk-gu, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do.

Therefore, the defendant suggested that the resident registration certificate of the head of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government issued by the head of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, a prior official document, is a resident registration certificate

Accordingly, the defendant used another person's resident registration certificate unlawfully and at the same time illegally held a resident registration certificate which is an official document.
