1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company with the objective of developing, manufacturing, or distributing medical devices (hand disc treatment devices) and the Defendant is a company with the aim of manufacturing precision equipment.

B. The Plaintiff’s selection of small and medium enterprise support projects and the conclusion of each government support agreement are selected from the Small and Medium Business Administration as a subject of the C project, and the Plaintiff was granted the government subsidies of KRW 70,000,000 out of the total project cost of KRW 100,000,000 upon concluding the C project E (Agreement on August 21, 2015 - June 20, 2016) on August 21, 2015.
