1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff Company A (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”) is a company aimed at the development, manufacture, and sale of software, semiconductors, L CDs, etc., and Plaintiff B is the representative director of Plaintiff A.

B.
